Metalization A & B Side:
TiW = 00 to 800 Angstroms
Au = 120 µ" minimum
ATP will guarantee to MIL-STD-883, Method 2011.10, Test Condition D, using a 1mil wire, on ATP standard products.

Engineering Kits for
Single Transmission Lines
These Engineering Kits are readily available on 0.005" (0.127mm), 0.010" (0.254mm), 0.015" (0.381mm), 0.020" (0.508mm), 0.25" (0.635mm) thick As-Fired Alumina.
Each Engineering Kit contains a variety of single transmission lines in lenghts of 0.050" (1.270mm), 0.075" (1.905mm), 0.100" (2.540mm), 0.125" (3.175mm), 0.150" (3.810mm), 0.200" (5.080mm), 0.250" (6.350mm),0 .500" (12.700mm).
Circuit widths are fixed at 0.050" (1.270mm) and 0.060" (1.524mm), depending on material thickness.

Note: By design, these parts may occasionally have burrs/tails since ATP is dicing through Au. There is no pullback in these designs.
